Become a HOH Family

If you would like to learn more about how to become a foster/adopt parent, the first step is to reach out. You may contact us by completing the below form, or by contacting us at 817.304.8207.

Basic Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

 

  1. At least 21 years of age

  2. We license individuals who are Single, Married, Unmarried Committed Partners 

  3. Must be able to pass a basic Health Screening 

  4. Must be able to pass a Background Check, including FBI Fingerprinting

  5. Caregivers must be willing to complete several hours of pre-service training prior to licensure. 

  6. Prospective Families must pass a Home Study
